Hi, I’m Sharon. My approach to counseling is to have a foundation of trust and unconditional positive regard while creating a safe environment. Many of my clients are looking to make changes in their lives in order to find peace, happiness, and love within themselves and their relationships.


My Services

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I provide individualized, trauma-informed care for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relational conflict, and life transitions. My approach blends compassion with structure, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support meaningful, measurable growth.
